The End Has Come.

Tonight is the finale of One Tree Hill.  Like most girls in their mid/late 20s, I've been watching this show since its inception, which was during my second year of college.  It was with me through college, law school, my first job, and after tonight it will be over.

I hated the five-year time jump when they first did it, but it grew on me.  I think these last few years (this season notwithstanding) have been even better than the early ones, especially with the addition of Julian and the exit of Lucas and Peyton.

Tonight marks the end of an era-- for the show and for me.  Like many of you, I'm sad to say goodbye to Brooke & Julian, Nathan & Haley, Clay & Quinn, Mouth & Millie, Skills (my personal fave), Chris Keller (another fave), and Chase.  They will be missed.

  1. I feel the same way with this show! Although, I started watching it my freshman year of high school and am now almost to the end of my first year post-undergrad. I literally grew up with OTH. I'm planning on having a big box of tissues by my side with a hot mug of tea!

  2. I AM SO SAD!!!! I honestly didn't watch Seasons 7-now, but I might watch tonight just because it's definitely an end of an era. I have Seasons 1-5 on DVD and I love them so much. I plan to get 6-9 and watch them all :)

  4. I haven't watched in a few years! I only watched the year they aged them! LOL and then when Quintin (sp?) died. That was so sad! Wait Peyton died?! I thought she just left when her and Lucas had the baby. So confused by the above comment. I will watch tonight though. Always had to see shows end!
